Naturopathy
Improve and optimize the functioning of your body and mind through an integrative approach that encompasses diet, medicinal plants and other natural practices.
The support is based on the teachings of nature and ancient peoples, while integrating modern scientific discoveries in the fields of health, wellness, cellular regeneration and maintaining the body’s balance.

Regeneration & Detoxification
In nature, living beings follow cycles that allow them to rest and regenerate. Similarly, detoxification helps the body release accumulated toxins and restore its natural balance. The use of specific foods and medicinal plants supports this purification process, while revitalizing the organs and stimulating the body’s and mind’s self-healing mechanisms.
Based on your goals and needs, a detoxification program is custom-designed for you, with respect for your body and its current state. This personalized approach allows your body to regain harmony, while calming the mind and promoting deep regeneration.

Flower Essences Harmonization
Flower essences support emotional, mental and behavioral balance.

Used for thousands of years by ancient peoples to restore inner balance, they were rediscovered by Dr. Edward Bach, an English scientist, who stated: "The disease of the body is nothing but a disharmony between the different aspects of the human being. By removing this disharmony, we restore harmony and the body regains its balance on all levels."

During a session, the appropriate essences are identified and combined in a personalized way to create your unique floral formula, tailored to your specific needs.

Energy Support
Connect with who you truly are, beyond the persona, the body, the mind, the story, emotions and intergenerational memories. Energy sessions support you in connecting with the expansive part of yourself, helping you release limitations and access greater peace and simplicity within, and in your life.

This support is provided through the transmission of teachings based on your current situation and a guided centering process.
You will learn to integrate this ability to connect independently, thereby promoting greater fluidity in both your body and your life.

Testimonials

"I took charge of my health by cleansing with some juices, breathing techniques and some alkaline foods, as recommended. It really made a difference and since then, I no longer have skin problems, I have a better digestion and my lymph nodes are no longer swollen. I am so happy and amazed at the power of nutrition. I am also very grateful that I had you as a guide through this process."
